Jeff Davis man accused of battery, false imprisonment

A Jefferson Davis Parish man is behind bars for allegedly beating a woman.
Jefferson Davis Sheriff's deputies responded to a Disturbance call on Saturday at the residence of Gerald Joseph Bouley, of Welsh.
Deputies discovered a female victim with multiple injuries and called for emergency services to transport her to hospital.
Gerald Joseph Bouley was arrested and booked into the Jefferson Davis parish Jail on charges of Domestic Violence, Aggravated Battery, and False Imprisonment. No bond has been set.
