Jeff Davis Parish deputies say they found a group of people with drugs when trying to serve a warrant in Lacassine.
43-year-old David Cormier of Lacassine was arrested on outstanding warrant. Deputies say both 41-year-old Raymond Todd Pousson of Iowa and 31-year-old Shannon Michelle Martinez of Lake Charles were there when they served the warrant. Cormier allegedly admitted to officers that he was cooking methamphetamine at the home the day before.
Deputies say a consent to search was obtained and drugs were found on Pousson and Martinez. The drugs included methamphetamine and marijuana, as well as drug
Cormier was charged with Possession of CDS 1, Possession of CDS II, and Possession of Drug paraphernalia.
Pousson was charged with Possession of drug paraphernalia. Martinez was charged with Possession of CDS IV and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
