Jeep Jaunt Jam Hits Opelousas This Weekend

-AJRF's Annual ‘jeep jaunt jam' to benefit the
American Lung Association will be at Sterling Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep Ram I-49 at
Creswell Lane exit in Opelousas on Saturday, August 18th from 9am-1pm.
This will mark the first chance for individuals to register for the ‘jeep jaunt' to be held in
October 2012. Fifty people who register for the ‘jeep jaunt' will receive a ‘jeep jaunt'
beach towel. During this Saturday's ‘jeep jaunt jam' there will be hot dogs and
hamburgers, fun jumps, a kiddie train, door prizes and a special FREE performance by
Jaryd Lane.
The ‘jeep jaunt jam' is being held to benefit the American Lung Association and is run in
conjunction with the ‘jeep jaunt' in October. The 2012 ‘jeep jaunt' will be held on
Sunday, October 28th with registration at Celebrity Theatres. A 35 mile police-escorted
ride will bring all participants to Cypress Bayou Casino Hotel for an all-ages event.
Registration includes lunch, door prizes, live auction and more.
The ‘jeep jaunt jam' and ‘jeep jaunt' are sponsored by: 99.9 KTDY, Sterling Automotive
Group, KATC TV3, Light Line 4x4, Celebrity Theatres, Hulco Printers and Cypress
Bayou Casino Hotel.
