Jeanerette Fire Update

UPDATE: A house fire started about 4:30 am with two adults in the home at the time of the fire. There were no injuries.
The house is a total loss and the fire is still under investigation.

Fire officials are on the scene of a fire in the 600 block of Hebert Street in Jeanerette.
According to reports the structure is fully engulfed in flames and no reports of injuries at this time.
We'll have more on the fire as details become available.
