Isiah Lively Apprehended

On January 13, 2009 Isiah Lively was apprehended in the city of Parks by the Iberia Parish Sheriff's Office Special Response Team and Bureau of Investigations Unit. Other agencies who assisted in Lively's capture were the St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Office, Jeanerette City Police, Jeanerette Marshal's Office, and the Parks Police Department.
The Sheriff's office received an anonymous tip advising of Lively's location. Lively was located and apprehended without injury as he was attempting to get in vehicle and apparently leave the area. He was transported into the St. Martin Parish Jail and booked in on attemtped second degree murder and attempted armed robbery. Detectives are
continuing their investigation to determine if any other individuals assisted Lively in his attempt to evade capture.
