Investigation into the death of a Welsh man

Detectives in Jeff Davis parish are investigating the murder of a Welsh man.
The body of 23-year-old Kenneth Harmon Jr. was found underneath his truck
in a ditch off highway 1126 south of Roanoke late Thursday night.
The Chevy S-10 truck was seen by a passerby on Thursday night backed into a ditch along highway 1126.
When police first arrived on scene a driver was no where to be found but after looking around---that's when Kenneth Wayne Harmon's body was found underneath the drivers-side front tire.
What investigators did find was a small bullet hole but wouldn't say where it was on Harmon's body. His body was taken to the coroner's office in Lake Charles to determine the cause of death.
Investigators are still searching for clues but are looking into a shooting that happened 30 minutes before Harmon's body was discovered.
Jennings police were notified about a shooting that happened in the city limits.
A man says he was walking home when someone in a ski mask jumped out at him and started shooting.
Police say it's too early to tell if these cases are related---but they're not ruling it out.
