Interim director named for ULL museum

LAFAYETTE, La. (AP) - Lance Harris has been named interim director of the University of Louisiana-Lafayette's Paul and Lulu Hilliard University Art Museum.
Harris replaces Mark Tullos, who recently was named director of the Louisiana State Museum.
Harris will serve a one-year term beginning Feb. 3.
The university is organizing a search committee to fill the director post, according to Carolyn Bruder, interim provost and vice president of academic affairs.
Harris holds a master of arts degree from the University of Southern Mississippi.
