Industrial Accident Kills Evangeline Parish Man

An industrial accident at Cooper International Manufacturing Facility killed a man this morning. The accident happened in Evangeline Parish Industrial Park around 10:53 a.m. "Cameron International is cooperating completely and is providing all the necessary resources and information needed to expedite this investigation," Chief Deputy Richard Ortego said. The sheriff's office is not releasing how the accident happened, and the man's name will be released when family is notified.
