Imagination Movers' Free Concert to Air on Disney

EW ORLEANS (AP) - Hometown fans of the Imagination Movers will
get the chance to see them at a free concert next month that will
be broadcast on the Disney Channel for the group's first-ever
television special.
Officials say tickets for the June 6 event at Lakefront Arena
were distributed last Saturday in under seven minutes. Officials
plan to release another block of tickets this week.
The Imagination Movers - Rich Collins, Scott Durbin, Dave Poche
and Scott Smith - are all from New Orleans. They recently completed
a 40-city tour and production on the third season of their
Playhouse Disney series resumes this June in New Orleans. The show
has been ranked among the top five shows for young children,
according to Nielsen Media Research.
