iFEST in Lafayette set for August 4

The Academy of Interactive Entertainment will be hosting iFest, an Independent
Game Developers Festival at Louisiana Immersive Technologies Enterprise(LITE) on Saturday, August 4th, from 10:00AM til 5:00PM. iFest is a FREE one day festival to foster and celebrate independent game development within Lafayette and around Louisiana.
Independent game companies as well as game programming enthusiasts will be on hand to demonstrate their games as well as discuss current trends in the video gaming industry.
