IceGators Unveil 2012-13 Schedule

The Louisiana IceGators released their 2012-2013 schedule today. The IceGators kick off their season at home on Friday, October 26, 2012 at 7:05 p.m. against the Huntsville Havoc.

The Louisiana IceGators are scheduled to play 19 of their 28 games on Fridays & Saturdays. There are also 6 on Sundays, 2 on Thursday and a New Year's Eve game on Monday December 31, 2012.

"I feel as though this year's schedule is much better than last year's schedule. Our season opener will be on October 26 which is about 3 weeks earlier than last year. We were able to obtain a few key dates that are usually favored by fans, one being the December 31st New Years Eve game. We have very few week night games which I know are harder for our fans to attend due to school and work." says IceGators General Manager Louis Dumont.
