"Huge portion" of Brass Bed's musical equipment stolen in Chicago

A well-known Lafayette band is on the search for their musical equipment after it was stolen.

Brass Bed is currently touring the country and Tuesday night, while in Chicago, they say their van was broken into.

The band says a "huge portion" of their gear was taken forcing them to cancel their gig in Pittsburgh last night.

According to the band, "This has been a rough week for us, but the loving energy, prayers, vibes, thoughts, words, and offers have made us feel loved and blessed."
