House fire: 1800th block of Old Spanish Trail

A fire completely destroys a 2 story home in a in St. Martin Parish.
Around 3 this afternoon St. Martin fire officials were called to a structure fire in the 1800th block of Old Spanish Trail. Firefighters were able to get the blaze under control but not before the home was completely destroyed. The homeowner and his six children were able to get out alive but says now he has no where to turn.
