Less than seven months of working as president and CEO of the Houma-Terrebonne Chamber of Commerce, Gordon Crow has resigned.
Suzanne Carlos, a Terrebonne native and most recently project director for Lafourche Parish Schools, was appointed by the chamber's board to serve as interim replacement.
Board Chairwoman Jennifer Armand and Crow declined to provide specifics about the resignation from the job Crow stepped into in February.
Armand called the situation a "personnel matter" and declined comment.
Armand said the board will discuss a path toward a permanent replacement in the coming weeks.
