Home of former mayor burns

NEW ORLEANS (AP) - An early morning fire has damaged the home of former New Orleans Mayor Dutch Morial.
Fire officials said the Friday morning blaze was called in at 4:41 a.m. The four-alarm blaze was under control by 6:30 a.m.
Jacques Morial, Dutch Morial's son and brother of former Mayor Marc Morial, was at the scene. He told The Times-Picayune that the home has been unoccupied since Hurricane Katrina and was undergoing renovation.
