High School Restaurant

DALLAS (AP) - You won't find the cafeteria lady at The Eagle Cafe. It's a real restaurant staffed by students at Richardson High School in a Dallas suburb. It gives the students in the school's culinary arts program valuable experience. The cafe is the idea of faculty member Karen Hill. She tells the Dallas Morning News her kids have to work fast and be very, very organized. The cafe is only open Fridays. But Hill says workers from area offices even call ahead to make reservations.
