Henderson annexation suit back in court

The 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals will decide whether an annexation lawsuit against the Town of Henderson will be sent back to trial court. The town is trying to annex land at Exit 115, including businesses at the exit and about 40 homes just before the exit, Mayor Sherbin Collette said. The hearing at the appellate court in Lake Charles is scheduled for Wednesday morning.
