Iberia Parish Sheriff Louis Ackal tells KATC that Robert Butler, the handicapped man found dead in his Angie Street home Tuesday, was shot 15 times. Wednesday morning, deputies arrested 18 year old Joey J. Rogers on a second-degree murder charge in the case. Ackal says Rogers and Butler knew one another, but would not comment on a motive.

"The kid has been visiting with him and staying with him off and on since he was 15 years old," said Ackal. "There was a friendship there."
