Guilty of Incest in St. Mary Parish

Today in Franklin, a St. Mary Parish jury found Curtis Lee Johnson (age 35 of 1802 K Street, Patterson) guilty as charged to Aggravated Incest. Johnson faces a sentence of 25 years to Life at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence. If released from prison, Johnson will register as a Sex Offender for 25 years. Johnson will be sentenced before the Honorable Lori A. Landry on July 9, 2010 by agreement of Assistant DA Erica Johnson Rose and defense counsel Susan Jones.
