Gueydan woman wins $100,000 lottery prize

A Gueydan woman won $100,000 from the Louisiana Lottery's Cash Frenzy scratch-off game. "I always buy scratch-offs. I won $10 on a scratch-off just last week, but this, this took 20 minutes for it to sink in," said Martha Mae Petry. The 63-year-old woman bought the ticket at Marceaux's Superette on Highway 91 in Gueydan and says she'll buy a new car with her winnings.
