Grand Jury Returns Sexual Battery Indictment

A grand jury has indicted a Lafayette man on sexual battery and false imprisonment charges. According to police, Gregory Johnson asked the 17-year-old victim to take a ride in his car. The indictment states Johnson committed sexual and simple battery upon the victim. The true bill also says Johnson used a gun to keep the victim from escaping.
