BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) - A 20-year-old Baton Rouge man has been indicted in the Dec. 23 shooting death of Otis Taylor.
The Advocate reports an East Baton Rouge Parish grand jury indicted Brandon Seals Wednesday on one count each of second-degree murder, armed robbery, attempted second-degree murder and attempted armed robbery.
The indictment says Seals allegedly arranged to meet Taylor and another unidentified man to sell Taylor an iPhone.
When Taylor and the other victim arrived, police say Seals tried to rob them.
Police say the 32-year-old Taylor was shot multiple times while the second victim escaped without injury.
It couldn't be determined if Seals has an attorney.
