An East Baton Rouge Parish grand jury has indicted a 22-year-old Baton Rouge man accused of raping two women that he allegedly picked up a year apart in the Tigerland area.
Police have said DNA results from the State Police Crime Lab linked Isai Efrain Garcia-Vasquez to crimes.
His bail remains at $100,000.
The Advocate reports Garcia-Vasquez was indicted Wednesday on two counts of forcible rape and second-degree kidnapping.
His case has been assigned to state District Judge Lou Daniel.
It was unclear whether Garcia-Vasquez has an attorney.
