George Rodrigue Foundation for the Arts Artists and Chefs Signing Copies of "The Pot and the Palette Cookbook" Tomorrow in Lafayette
The George Rodrigue Foundation for the Arts will be in Lafayette tomorrow for a rare book signing of their new "The Pot and the Palette Cookbook." The book features art contest winners and recipes from chefs at some of the Louisiana Restaurant Associations best known names. Several of the artists in the book are from the Lafayette area. The book signing will be held at St. Thomas More tomorrow evening at 6:00pm as part of the annual Art Show put on by the school.
Both artists and chefs will be on hand to autograph a copy of the book, which will be on sale at the event. Jacques Rodrigue, son of the late artist, will also be there to add his signature to the books as well.
"Pot and Palette Cookbook" has won the title of best illustrated cookbook in America and is a finalist for the best illustrated cookbook in the world.
