GARLIC BEEF

GARLIC BEEF

1 teaspoon oil (preferable olive or canola)
1 pound eye of round, trimmed of fat, cut into strips
1 package (10 oz frozen chopped broccoli)
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1/ 4 teaspoon black pepper

Heat oil in 12 -inch nonstick skillet over high heat.
Add beef, broccoli, garlic, soy sauce and pepper.
Cook, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes or until beef is done

Makes 4 - 1 cup servings)
