Funeral procession for Corporal Joel Grayson

There will be a funeral procession for Corporal Joel Grayson that will travel through Lafayette Tomorrow (Thursday) , June 28, 2012.
The procession will leave Our Saviors Church on (1201) East Broussard Road between 11:15 am and 11:45 am. The procession will turn right onto Kaliste Saloom Road and travel to West Pinhook Road where the procession will then turn left. It will then proceed to East University Avenue, turning left and traveling to Greenlawn Cemetery in the 2300 block of North University Avenue.
The Lafayette Fire Department will have both sides of Coolidge Street blocked for approximately one hour so that the American Flag can be draped over the roadway. Intersection along the route will be closed only temporarily as the procession moves through the city. Motorist should be aware that the closures will only be temporary except for the intersection of Coolidge and East University Avenue.
