Free Mammograms Offered In Lafayette

FREE breast exams will be performed by a
physician, physician's assistant or nurse
practitioner for women ages 40 to 64.

FREE screening mammograms will be available
for women ages 40 to 64 who have not had a
mammogram in the past 12 months.
These services are free of charge for women who are
without insurance & who meet an income requirement.
