after Hurricane Katrina.
Hill headlines a free concert Tuesday evening to celebrate how

flooded and wrecked an area stretching from Louisiana to Alabama.
The Dirty Dozen Brass Band opens the performance, which is being
held at the Mahalia Jackson Theater.
