Franklin Student Arrested For Battery Involving Teacher

In Franklin, a 14-year-old is under arrest accused of battery on a teacher.
The suspect, who cannot be named because of his age, was arrested at the alternative school.
Officials say the student refused to obey rules and elbowed the teacher.
The juvenile is now awaiting possible court action.
