St. Mary Jailer Investigated For Narcotics Distribution

Ricky Faust 28 yoa of Franklin was arrested on 2-26-2010 at 7:53 am for Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Loritab with Intent to Distribute, Entering Contraband into a Penal Facility, Malfeasance In Office and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Agents of the Narcotics Task Force along with Correctional Personal were conducting a search of the Law Enforcement Center in Centerville that involved also searching jailers.

During the search of the Facility above Jailer was found to be in possession of Loritab pills, marijuana, tobacco, Cell phone and drug paraphernalia. Through investigation it was learned that suspect had been bringing the contraband into the facility. After investigation suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with no bond at this time.
