Franklin Police Department Arrests for January 14, 2010

The Franklin Police Department responded to 15 complaints in the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:

1-13-2010 @ 11:08 am, 24, Blaine Boatman, of Sterling Road - Franklin, La was arrested and charged with simple possession of marijuana. Mr. Boatman was processed and released on a $2,000.00 cash bond to appear in court.

1-13-2010 @ 11:09 am, 42, Pamela Horton, of Cypress Street - Franklin, La was arrested and charged with theft over $100 and possession of marijuana 1st offense. Ms. Horton was processed and released on a $3,000.00 cash bond to appear in court.

1-13-2010 @ 11:13 am, 23, Edgar Burrell III, of East Third Street - Franklin, La was arrested on a bench warrant for 3rd Ward City Court for open container. Mr. Burrell was processed and released on a $371.50 fine to appear in court.

1-14-2010 @ 12:31 am, 37, Evelena Williams, of Joyce Circle - El Paso, Tx was arrested on a warrant for Iberia Parish Sheriff's Office for failure to pay fines. Ms. Williams was processed and held on a $300.00 bond to appear in court.

1-14-2010 @ 1:10 am, 41, Tony E. Johnson, of Winsor Street - Lafayette, La was arrested and charged with simple criminal damage to property and Mr. Johnson was also arrested on a warrant for Iberia Parish for failure to appear. Mr. Johnson was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in court.
