Franklin Police Arrest Report: October 30, 2009

The Franklin Police Department responded to 17 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
10/29/2009 @ 3:33 PM, JANIS B. MERRITT, 48, of Martin Luther King - Patterson, LA was arrested and charged with Driving Under The Influence. Ms. Merritt was processed and released on a $1500.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
