11/1/2010 @ 4:59 PM, DEVON RAY PARKER, 24, of Railroad Avenue - Franklin, LA
was arrested and charged with Reckless Operation, General Speed Law, 2 Counts Stop Sign, Improper Use of Off-road Vehicle and Failure to Yield to Emergency Vehicle. Mr. Parker was processed and held on a $2500.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.

JUVENILE ARRESTS:

11/1/2010, Two 13 year old black females were arrested and charged with Disturbing The Peace By Fighting. Both juveniles were processed and released to legal guardians, pending possible juvenile court proceedings.
