THE FRANKLIN POLICE DEPARTMENT RESPONDED TO 17 COMPLAINTS IN THE PAST 24 HOURS AND MADE THE FOLLOWING ARRESTS:
2-2-2012 @ 3:16 PM, 18, Ashalyn Coleman, of Fifth Street - Franklin, La
was arrested on a warrant for 15th Judicial District Court for Failure to Appear. Ms. Coleman was processed and held with no bond to appear in 15th Judicial District Court.
2-3-2012 @ 3:27 AM, 51, Kenneth Turner, of St. Charles Street - Franklin, La
was arrested on Bench Warrants for 3rd Ward City Court. Mr. Turner was processed and held with no bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
