The Franklin Police Department responded to 19 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
7/20/2012 @ 1:07 AM, LAWRENCE F. PELLERIN, 27, of Verdunville Road - Franklin, LA was arrested and charged with Aggravated Obstruction of a Highway of Commerce, Driving While Intoxicated - 2nd offense, Resisting an Officer by Flight, Resisting an Officer With Force, Child Endangerment, Driving Under Suspension, Simple Battery, Domestic Abuse Battery, Reckless Operation, Max Speed Limit, Aggravated Criminal Damage To Property and No Child Restraint. Mr. Pellerin was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.
