The Franklin Police Department responded to 12 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:

3/14/2012 @ 12:35 AM, MARKER LEON BROUSSARD, 37, of Gum Street - Franklin, LA was arrested on a warrant dated March 12, 2012, charging him with Domestic Abuse Battery and a warrant dated March 13, 2012, charging him with Failure To Register As A Sex Offender. Mr. Broussard was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.
