The Franklin Police Department responded to 18 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:

3/8/2012 @ 1:48 PM, SCOTT JERAL MARSHAL, 20, of Bayouview Drive - Franklin, LA was arrested and charged with Illegal Possession of Stolen Property. Mr. Marshal was processed and released on a $3500.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
