The Franklin Police Department responded to 19 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
4/3/2012 @ 8:52 AM, JAMEON J. JACK, 29, of West Ibert Street - Franklin, LA was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana - 4th offense, Possession of Legend Drug Without Prescription, Simple Escape and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Mr. Jack was processed and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center where he was held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.
4/3/2012 @ 4:35 PM, TAMILLE JOSEPH GANT, 35, of Weber Street - Franklin, LA was arrested and charged with Simple Battery. Mr. Gant was processed and released on a $500.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
4/4/2012 @ 12:19 AM, DESLEY NAOMI JONES, 21, of Georgetown Road - Franklin, LA was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana. Ms. Jones was processed and released on a $2000.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
4/4/2012 @ 4:43 AM, CHRISTOPHER LEE LUMPKIN, 29, of Isabella Street - Franklin, LA was arrested and charged with Unauthorized Entry of an Inhabited Dwelling, Criminal Trespass and Simple Battery. Mr. Lumpkin was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.
