8/25/2010 @ 9:34 AM, AARON MELAINE GUILLORY, 29, of Mechanic Street - Franklin, LA was arrested on a warrant issued by 16th Judicial District Court, charging her with Failure To Appear on the charges of Failure To Use Seatbelts and Expired Drivers License. Ms. Guillory was processed and held on a $298.50 cash bond.
8/25/2010 @ 11:17 AM, RHONDA JONES PHILLIPS, 29, of Maple Street - Franklin, LA was arrested on warrants dated August 20, 2010, charging her with Theft and Simple Battery. Ms. Phillips was processed and released on a $1500.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
8/26/2010 @ 1:30 AM, ALEX J. EDWARDS, 17, of Second Street - Franklin, LA was arrested on a Bench Warrant issued by 3rd Ward City Court, charging him with Failure To Appear. Mr. Edwards was processed and held on a $321.50 cash bond.
