The Franklin Police Department responded to 8 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
3/14/2013 @ 12:34 PM, DANIELLE ROCHELLE PAUL, 19, of Fremin Lane - Patterson, LA
was arrested on a warrant issued by 16th Judicial District Court, charging her with Failure To Appear on traffic charges. Ms. Paul was processed and released on a $354.50 cash bond to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.
