The Franklin Police Department responded to 17 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
3/13/2013 @ 11:18 AM, KENNETH LEE SMITH JR., 25, of Robertson Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested on warrants dated March 1, 2013, charging him with Theft, Simple Criminal Damage to Property and Simple Assault. Mr. Smith was processed and released on a $2250.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
3/13/2013 @ 11:18 AM, APRIL LAWONDA CHARLES, 30, of Robertson Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested on a warrant dated March 1, 2013, charging her with Simple Battery. Ms. Charles was processed and released on a $500.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
3/13/2013 @ 10:12 PM, CHRISTOPHER ANDRE MARSHALL JR., 20, of Josephine Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana - 1st offense. Mr. Marshall was processed and released on a $2000.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
