Franklin Daily Arrest Report

The Franklin Police Department responded to 9 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
3/7/2013 at 3:59 PM, Albert Joseph Walter, III, 36, of JA Hernandez Street - Franklin, LA was arrested and charged with Speeding 35/15 and Driving Under Suspension. Mr. Walter was also processed on a warrant issued by the Iberia Parish Sheriff's Office, charging him with Failure To Appear on the charge of Speeding. Mr. Walter was processed and released on a $1250.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court and a $5000.00 bond to appear in 16th Judicial District Court (Iberia Parish).
