The Franklin Police Department responded to 11 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
2/28/2013 @ 10:14 AM, MILAP DHAKAL, 27, of Cameron Street - Ruston, LA
was arrested on warrants dated August 10, 2012, charging him with Indecent Behavior With Juveniles, Computer Aided Solicitation of Minors for Sexual Purposes and Attempted Possession of Pornography Involving Juveniles. Mr. Dhakal was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.
