The Franklin Police Department responded to 20 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
2/21/2013 @ 11:23 AM, PABLO FERNANDO ESTRADA-VASQUEZ, 28, of Herman Dupuis -
Breaux Bridge, LA
was arrested on a warrant dated February 12, 2013, charging him with Simple Assault.
Mr. Estrada-Vasquez was processed and released on a $296.50 cash bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
2/22/2013 @ 12:03 AM, JACOBY JAMES CHEVALIER, 26, of S. Beadle - Lafayette, LA
was arrested and charged with Simple Battery With Medical Attention. Mr. Chevalier was also processed on a warrant issued by the Lafayette Parish Sheriff's Office, charging him with Failure To Appear for Arraignment on the charge of Driving Under Suspension. Mr. Chevalier was processed and held on a $500.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court and a $50.00 contempt fee for Lafayette Parish.
