Franklin Daily Arrest Report

The Franklin Police Department responded to 15 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
2-13-13 @ 14:40 p.m. Jermaine A. Peters, 37, River Rd, Morgan City, La. was arrested on warrants charging him with
Failure To Appear- Third Ward City Court on the charge of Driving While Intoxicated, No Proof Of Insurance, Driver Must Be Licensed, License Plate Expired and Theft By Shoplifting warrants date July 23, 2010. Mr. Peters was processed and released to appear in Third Ward City Court.
2-14-13 @ 3:03 am Rodney N. Bowie, 35, Cayce St, Franklin, La was arrested and charged with
Driving Under Suspension, Stop Sign Violation. Bowie was also arrested on warrants for St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office charging him with Failure to Appear for Criminal Neglect Of Family and Issuing Worthless Checks. Bowie remains incarcerated and held on $1250.00 bond to appear in Third Ward City Court and a $20,287.00 bond to appear in 16Th Judicial Court.
