The Franklin Police Department responded to 40 complaints over the past weekend and made the following arrests:
2/8/2013 @ 9:31 AM, JEANELLE GABRIEL, 37, of Cole Drive - Franklin, LA
was arrested on a warrant dated February 5, 2013, charging her with Simple Battery. Ms. Gabriel was processed and released on a $500.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
2/9/2013 @ 7:28 PM, DANIQUIA NICOLE POLIDORE, 20, of St. John Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested and charged with Disturbing The Peace By Fighting. Ms. Polidore was processed and held on a $250.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
2/9/2013 @ 7:28 PM, DAMIEN D. PERRO, 28, of Third Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested and charged with Disturbing The Peace By Fighting. Mr. Perro was processed and held on a $250.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
2/10/2013 @ 1:34 PM, WALTER TREMAINE WEBB, 24, of Railroad Avenue - Franklin, LA
was arrested and charged with Simple Battery . Mr. Webb was processed and released on a $500.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
2/10/2013 @ 3:03 PM, LEONARD ALLEN, 46, of Federal Avenue - Morgan City, LA
was arrested and charged with Simple Criminal Damage To Property. Mr. Allen was processed and released on a $1000.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
2/10/2013 @ 10:37 PM, STERLING JEROME JONES, 23, of Main Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested and charged with Simple Assault. Mr. Jones was processed and held on a $250.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
JUVENILE ARRESTS:
2/8/2013, Two 14 year old females were arrested and charged with Disturbing The Peace By Fighting. Both were processed and released to legal guardians, pending possible juvenile court proceedings.
2/9/2013, A 13 year old female was arrested and charged with Ungovernable Juvenile. The juvenile was processed and released to a legal guardian, pending possible juvenile court proceedings.
