The Franklin Police Department responded to 12 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
2/5/2013 @ 4:55 AM, JOSEPH THOMAS CAPRITO III, 18, of Oakwood Drive - Franklin, LA
was arrested and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Mr. Caprito was processed and released on a $1500.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
JUVENILE ARRESTS:
2/4/2013, A 12 year old male was arrested and charged with Disturbing The Peace By Fighting. The juvenile was processed and released to a legal guardian, pending possible juvenile court proceedings.
