Franklin Daily Arrest Report

The Franklin Police Department responded to 36 complaints over the past weekend and made the following arrests:
2/2/2013 @ 9:28 PM, KENTRELLE ALLEN BEASLEY, 32, of French Street - New Iberia, LA
was arrested on a warrant issued by the Jeanerette Police Department, charging him with Theft Over $500.00. Mr. Beasley was additionally charged with Possession of Marijuana - 3rd offense and Contraband Taken To and From Penal Facility. Mr. Beasley was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.
2/3/2013 @ 2:53 PM, LESTER JAMES LEWIS, 36, of Myra Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested on a warrant dated January 15, 2013, charging him with Domestic Abuse Battery With Medical Attention. Mr. Lewis was processed and released on a $2500.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
2/3/2013 @ 8:01 PM, HENRY MILLARD FONTENOT, 66, of Verdun Lane - Franklin, LA
was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated - 2nd offense, Refusal to Submit to Testing and Careless Operation. Mr. Fontenot was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
