The Franklin Police Department responded to 23 complaints over the past 48 hours and made the following arrests:
1/9/2013 @ 11:22 AM, JERMAINE SMALL, 32, of West Third Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested on a warrant issued by 16th Judicial District Court, charging him with Unauthorized Entry of an Inhabited Dwelling. Mr. Small was processed and released to the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office.
1/9/2013 @ 11:35 PM, AUBREY OTIS, 51, of Franklin, LA
was arrested and charged with Theft by Shoplifting - 3rd offense. Mr. Otis was processed and held on a $1000.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
1/10/2013 @ 10:05 PM, DAMIEN AURELIUS HALE, 23, of Cedar Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested on a warrant dated January 7, 2013, charging him with Simple Battery. Mr. Hale was processed and released on a $500.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
