The Franklin Police Department responded to 16 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
1/7/2013 @ 2:08 PM, LEROY A. STEPHENSON, 60, of Clark Street - Franklin, LA was arrested on a warrant dated October 16, 2013, charging him with Damage To Property. Mr. Stephenson was processed and released on a $500.00 cash bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
1/7/2013 @ 6:10 PM, ROBERT EUGENE MOSS, 49, of Anderson Street - Franklin, LA was arrested on a Fugitive Warrant issued by Jefferson City, MO, charging him with Parole Violation. Mr. Moss was processed and held with no bond.
1/7/2013 @ 9:42 PM, RON MCHENRY BELL, 28, of Seventh Street - Franklin, LA was arrested on a warrant issued by 16th Judicial District Court, charging him Failure To Appear on the charge of Criminal Neglect of Family. Mr. Bell was processed and held on a $4333.28 bond to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.
1/7/2013 @ 10:12 PM, CHASSITY MONIQUE HARRIS, 24, of Seventh Street - Franklin, LA was arrested on a warrant issued by 16th Judicial District Court, charging her with Failure To Appear on a the charge of Improper Turn. Ms. Harris was processed and released on a $298.50 cash bond to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.
JUVENILE ARRESTS:
1/7/2013, Two 14 year old males were arrested and charged with Disturbing the Peace by Fighting. Both were processed and released to legal guardians, pending possible juvenile court proceedings
